Walther adapted by putting the PPK barrel and Slide on a PP Frame giving a slightly taller pistol. Around 1983 Interarms made a deal with Walther to assemble PPK/S and PPK from Walther made parts into complete pistols. I believe that they started with the PPK/S because Walther had those parts made and soon were making a real PPK.

Apr 08, 2014 · I have an old Interarms Mark X in .270Win (my very first hunting rifle ever) that shoots about 1-1.25MOA that has always been my loaner rifle to friends/family when needed. It has a KDF muzzle break already installed on a stock 24' barrel (so recoil is quite manageable by my kids, about like the .250 Ackley I have). Hand loads are 140gr.

its a Walther PP in 7.65 (.32?) There are very few markings on it ,a few stamps of acceptance and the matching serial numbers. The usual Walther' scroll and model designation are not on the slide - nor does it appear to have been re-blued, I read that this was a wartime procedure to speed up manufacture, but I dont know.
